Please enjoy this sample itinerary to one of our favorite cities, Rome.
Arrive in the eternal city of Rome from San Francisco at noon
Check into the Hassler Hotel at the top of the Spanish Steps
Recover from jetlag
Take a stroll down the Via Condotti to look at the gorgeous window displays
Cocktails and dinner suggestions will be provided.
After dinner stroll down the Via Veneto back to your hotel.
Day Two
Taxi to the Vatican Museum to be first in line for the Sistine Chapel
Walk through St. Peter's Basilica - so gorgeous!
Lunch suggestions will be provided
Walk back to the PIazza Navona for gelato
Cafe for dinner
Day Three
A fabulous day at the Roman Forum. You will stand at the spot where Julius Caesar gave his speeches.
A visit to the Colossem will give you chills as you imagine yourself watching one of the spectacles in early Rome.
Dinner suggestions in the Trastavere District will be provided.
Day Four
Tour of the famous Appian Way with cobblestones looking the same as they did 2,000 years ago. A visit to the catecombs and lunch at Cecilia Mettela follow.
Shoppin on the Via Condotti and a walk up to the Pincio before returning to your hotel.
